Order process

We recommend that you place your order at least 2 weeks prior to arrival. Last minute linen rentals will gladly be accommodated, based on availability. Fill out the online order form completely. Incomplete order form submissions can delay delivery.


All Martha’s Vineyard Linen & Rentals are billed by the week. If you are staying less than a full week, the full week rate applies. For stays longer than 7 days, a pro-rated daily rate will apply for each day thereafter.

Payment details

We require full payment at the time of booking. Payment can be made using a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners Club)


All orders submitted online will be confirmed by an order number and an order acknowledgement to the email address you provide us. If you have placed your order online and have not received an email confirmation of your order, please contact our office at 774-563-5843.

Change Orders

You can decrease number of items up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled delivery date. For adding extra items to your order, click on “Edit order” on home page and add the desired items.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance to receive a full refund minus $25 processing fee. Refunds are not issued for cancellations with less than 72 hours notice. If you leave Martha’s Vineyard earlier than expected, or if you find upon arrival that the linens you rented are not needed, no refunds or credits will be issued.


We are serving and delivering in all six towns. All deliveries are charged $20 delivery fee, except Chilmark, Aquinnah and Chappaquiddick which is $50. All deliveries will occur between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. You do not need to be present for delivery or pick up. Our linens are delivered in weather resistant plastic bags with instructions. All of our bedding sets are color coded by size and safely wrapped in plastic to protect them. Our towel sets are wrapped in plastic for the same reasons. We know that different people may consider different doors the “main entrance” on multi-level beach properties so be sure to check all doors if you’re having trouble finding your items. Some items may be left under the house or other “protected locations” during bad weather. When you receive your order, please determine that the order is complete and in the correct sizes. Unless we are notified within 12 hours of delivery, a re-delivery fee of $25 will be applied for missing or damaged items.

Same-day/late orders delivery fee

$20 same-day delivery fee will be applied to orders requiring delivery on the same day as the booking. This fee allows us to accommodate last-minute requests and ensure the highest level of service for our customers.


We do NOT have access to the inside of most of the properties and often times by the time we can get into a property our items are “missing” in which case the renter will be responsible for replacement expenses.

  • Remove all sheets and pillowcases from beds and collect bath mats and towels.
  • Place all sheets, towels, bath mats, etc.. in plastic bag(s) provided to you - they do not need to be laundered but please shake out excess sand.
  • Place plastic bag(s) OUTSIDE of vacation property by 12:00 p.m.
  • Place outside all beach gear (clean from the sand).
  • Our delivery team will pick up and take them from there!
  • A $75.00 fee will be charged if linens are not stripped from bed and towels are not removed from bathrooms and returned to the laundry bags.
  • A $25.00 fee will be charged for linens not ready for 12:00 p.m. pick-up and placed in the same location to which they were delivered, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Care of Linens

If you choose to wash any of our linens please DON’T use CHLORINE BLEACH, keep separate from other personal items and do not wash with dark colors. Linens do not need to be laundered prior to return to us.

Care of Beach gear

All beach items should be washed with fresh water after each use and before returning as to remove all corrosive salt and sand from the items. Most properties have hose available under/beside the house.

Beach Umbrellas should be not be used during periods of high winds or gusting winds. This is a safety issue first and foremost, we have personally seen many children and adults sustain serious injuries from beach umbrellas, beach tents & canopies, etc. that have gone airborne during high winds. We always know when a beach umbrella was damaged due to renter neglect as we watch the weather carefully ourselves.


Martha’s Vineyard Linens & Rentals, INC. assumes no responsibility nor liability for any injuries or accidents due to the use or mis-use of any rental item, including but not limited to, those listed here.

All equipment is used at renters own risk. Renter assumes any and all responsibility for the equipment and any person in their control while in renter’s possession; whether or not used for the benefit of renter and those in his/her custody and control. Renter agrees that Martha’s Vineyard Linens & Rentals, INC. are not responsible for any and all claims arising from renter’s use, operation or possession of the equipment. And whether or not such use operation of possession of the equipment was for the benefit of renter or any person using the equipment and those in his her custody, and control. Renter agrees that and any person in renter’s control agrees that the company will not be held responsible for any damage, injury, loss, including death arising from the use of any equipment or the failure of the equipment to function as intended by the manufacturer. Renter is responsible for reading the instruction manual in the quick reference guide to ensure proper use of equipment. To obtain please refer to manufacturer’s website.

Renter assumes all responsibility for equipment when out of the possession of Martha’s Vineyard Linens & Rentals, INC. and guarantees to return such items to Martha’s Vineyard Linens & Rentals, INC. in similar condition as it was received by the renter, natural wear and tear are expected. Renter is liable for any loss, theft, damage or destruction of rented items. All items lost or damaged will be charged to the renter for Martha’s Vineyard Linens & Rentals, INC. replacement expenses for costs and labor to replace.

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools ”as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools. Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms on which tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
